My Visit Terms of Use
By using the My Visit Cards app or website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
My Visit Cards lets business owners publish a digital visiting card and lets customers find local businesses. Creating an account and publishing a card is free. Promotion of a card is an optional paid extra.
2. Your account
- You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password. Keep access to that number secure.
- One business profile per account.
- You are responsible for everything posted from your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to publish a business listing.
3. What you publish
You confirm that the business details, photos, logo and documents you upload are accurate and that you have the right to use them. You must not publish:
- false, misleading or impersonating information;
- content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes someone else's rights;
- another business's logo, photos or branding without permission;
- goods or services that may not lawfully be sold.
You keep ownership of your content, and you allow us to display it in the app, on the website and in shared links.
4. Verification and moderation
Listings appear publicly after our review. We may reject, hide, suspend or remove a listing or review that breaks these terms, is reported, or appears fraudulent. We may ask for KYC documents to verify a business.
5. Reviews
Reviews must describe genuine experience. You may not review your own business, pay for reviews, or post abusive content. We may remove reviews that break these rules.
6. Paid promotion
- Promotion places your card higher in listings within about 5 km for the period you buy.
- Prices are shown before payment and include any taxes stated at checkout.
- Payments are handled by Razorpay. Promotion starts once payment is confirmed.
- Promotion affects position only. It does not guarantee calls, customers or sales.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
7. Contact between customers and businesses
We list businesses; we are not a party to any dealing between a customer and a business. We do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of goods or services offered. Please take normal care when dealing with any business.
8. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into the service, scrape it automatically, overload it, or use it to send spam.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change or be withdrawn. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Ending your use
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
